Fundraising We are very pleased to say that we have now reached our target & the new kennel block will very soon be with us & housing more dogs in need. In Aid of the CCUK&MR Kent Kennel Fund My name is Gillian & I am a rescue representative for the CCUK&MR in Kent, I have recently been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, I had my first session of Chemotherapy on 19th August 2009. I have been told that I will start to loose my hair after 3– 4 weeks & I had already decided to shave my head if the loss was significant, what I had NOT intended was for pictures of my bald bonce to be circulated on the internet! But after encouragement from friends & family I have decided to have pictures & maybe a video of the event taken to be posted on the net & YouTube if people are prepared to sponsor me (I think I have lost the plot let alone my hair!). All money raised will be going towards buying a new kennel block for the CCUK&MR, a large breed dog rescue that I am very proud to be part of. As the money raised will be going towards buying kennels it will mean that my hair (or lack of it) will hopefully be able to help many dogs find a safe place for many years to come. www.canecorsoukmolosserrescue.com Maidstone Vets4Pets Monthly Dog Walk Once a month Vets4Pets Maidstone organises a dog walk in Mote Park, Maidstone.
